📋 Two views, one click

View your tasks as a list for an overview with details, or switch to Kanban to see at a glance what's open, in progress, done or skipped. Drag cards from column to column to update the status.

🎯 Filters that save you time

Filter by assignee, status, tag, priority or recurrence — multiple values at the same time, as many filters as you want. Combine with a free-form search on the title. Your active filters stay put, even after a refresh or new session.

🔄 Group the way you see things

Group your task list by status, priority, deadline, assignee, tag or recurrence. Collapse or expand groups. The list adapts; you stay in control.

👥 Work together with your team

Assign tasks to one or more colleagues with smart suggestions ranked by usage. Type "Je" and "Jelle" pops up first. A central Manage button gives you control over every name and tag: rename, add or clean up — changes propagate to every task instantly.

🏷 Tags for structure

Categorise tasks with multiple tags: project, type of work, client, phase. Tags are remembered automatically — once used, they're always available as a suggestion.

⏰ Priority and deadlines

Give every task a priority from Very Low to Very High. Set deadlines and immediately see what's overdue, due today, this week or later. The coloured bar on the left of every task tells you the urgency in one glance.

🔁 Recurring tasks

Got a task that needs attention every Tuesday? Or every month? Set a recurrence — daily, weekly (pick specific days), or monthly. Tick it off and the task automatically rolls forward to the next occurrence.

✨ Turn meeting notes into tasks with AI

Paste your meeting minutes, project update or loose notes and let AI propose a clean to-do list. Each suggestion comes with a proposed title, priority, assignee and tags — and you can edit anything before you accept. Not happy with the result? Give the AI written feedback and regenerate until it nails it. One click and the proposals become real tasks.

📥 Import from Airtable

Already have your tasks in Airtable? Export to CSV (one click in Airtable), upload the file or paste the contents, and your tasks are right there. Columns like Title, Status, Priority, Due Date, Assignees and Tags are auto-detected and mapped.

📝 Notion-style notes on every task

Open a task and you get a real rich-text editor. Type / to insert a block: heading, bulleted list, numbered list, checkbox, quote, divider or code. Or select multiple lines and turn them into a checklist in one click.
